Samantha Mohr

Participating in her first pageant on the suggestion of one of her fellow UGA student, Mohr won the Miss Columbus 1985 title. After winning, Mohr could be eligible for her place in the Miss Georgia pageant which was held in June of 1985. Mohr was the winner on June 22 in 1985. More than $3,500 was awarded Mohr's scholarship funds along with other awards. In her role as Miss Georgia included appearances in public areas throughout Georgia. Mohr was Georgia's representative at the Miss America 1986 pageant in Atlantic City, New Jersey on September 15, 1985. Through computer-generated modeling, which successfully identified the likelihood that Susan Akin would be named Miss America, Mohr's odds were calculated at 22: 1. Mohr did not make The Top 10 list for National crown. Mohr served as Miss Georgia for a total of 10 years. She resigned in Marlesa Bal, her successor in the title was crowned Miss Georgia 1986, on June 28 on June 28, 1986. Samantha Samantha Samantha
