Ally Sheedy Bio

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born August 15, 1970) is a famous American actor. She made her acting debut as an actress in Bad Boys in 1983. After that, she became part of the Brat pack and appeared on WarGames The Breakfast Club Short Circuit. In recognition of her role on Lisa Cholodenko's High Art Sheedy won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female lead. Sheedy was wed to David Lansbury (the nephew of Angela Lansbury) on April 12,1992. The actor is also the son of Edgar Lansbury, who was at first the creator of Godspell. They have one son, Beckett who was born in 1994. Sheedy says she has learned much from Beckett's transition.
